Marchionni Lab Surfing the Genome

Dr. Francisco Pereira Lobo develops and uses bioinformatics tools to integrate omics data aiming at generating statistically sound and biologically meaningful knowledge. Currently, he is providing bioinformatics support for various research projects at CDBL, ranging from the description of single-cell atlas of non-model metazoan species to the study of organ development in vertebrates. Currently Francisco has a visiting appointment as Bioinformatics Staff Scientist at the Cancer and Developmental Biology Laboratory of the National Cancer Institute, Frederick, MD.
